Updates for the most current versions of NeoData Versions 3.1 and 4.0 are available for downloading below. As bugs are fixed and features added, updates will be posted. NOTE: The NeoData update files are intended for current users only and are password protected. If you are a licensed user, you may contact MetaSoft for the current password.

ND4UPDATE.EXE NeoData Version 4.0 Update Installation Program (Build 3190)
For setting up additional workstations after performing an initial Version 4.0 installation or for updating an existing Version 4.0 installation with the latest build.

A listing of major enhancements to Version 4.0 since the initial release.
 
Version 3.1 To Version 4.0 Upgrade Files:
Note: Before installing Version 4.0 for the first time (using ND4UPGRADE.EXE), read the Upgrade Instructions (ND4UPGRADE.DOC) carefully. In particular, be aware that you must update to Version 3.1.8a, 3.1.8b, or 3.1.8c before you install Version 4.
ND4UPGRADE.EXE NeoData Version 4.0 Upgrade Installation Program (Build 3190)
For upgrading from Version 3.1 to 4.0 (installing Version 4.0 for the first time); requires that NeoData 3.1 be already installed.
ND4UPGRADE.DOC NeoData Version 4.0 Upgrade Instructions
For upgrading from Version 3.1 to 4.0.

DOTNETFX.EXE Microsoft .NET Framework installation file
The .NET Framework Version 1.1 or later must be installed on each computer running NeoData Version 4 (not 3.1).
DOTNET11SP1.EXE Microsoft .NET Framework Service Pack 1 installation file
Service Pack 1 for the .NET Framework Version 1.1 fixes various known bugs in the Framework. Not required, installation may be recommended by MetaSoft technical support.
MDAC262.EXE MDAC 2.62 installation file
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) Version 2.6 or later must be installed on each computer running NeoData Version 3.1 or 4.
MDAC271.EXE MDAC 2.71 installation file
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) Version 2.7 should be used for computers running Windows XP.

For all versions of NeoData 3.1.

NDASETUP.EXE NeoData Administration Program installation file
For use with NeoData Version 3.1. Converts Access databases to SQL Server databases and vice versa.
NDBSETUP.EXE NeoData Backup Program installation file
